Our serviceman did a temporary fix so we'd have water for the house and our animals. He gave the property manager a bid for the permanent repair, and stated the importance of having a well house over the equipment. We are very pleased about the service and recommendation to the manager. (We were not successful in convincing the manager ourselves!)

He came promptly and was able to diagnose the problem. He had to go get the right pump and he came right back and was able to fix the problem. We had water very quickly, within a few hours.

The only well and pump company we have ever used is Tanner. They were fantastic, they were fantastic. It was just excellent service. They were on time. They were prompt. They were fair with the price. They were courteous. It worked out well, we have water. I absolutely will use this provider again in the future.
