garbage collection
+ -1 moreHorrible service. My agreement with the company was twice a week; Monday and Thursday for trash removal. My trash has been sitting outside waiting since Thursday...its Monday now. We'll see if they actually show up today. They never answer their phones either, I've tried several times. Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible company. My neighbor said they sent her a letter saying they now only show up on Mondays. I never got a letter nor was the price of my service adjusted. I pay for twice a week, I want my money back.
Description of Work: They were supposed to pick up trash twice a week...which is what I agreed to when I signed up.
