They were fine. We never had a problem since then.

Serviced A/C unit and provided me with filters. As always, went great. Jared (who originally installed the unit) always goes above and beyond; very honst and does not look to milk you for services/parts you do not need. Trust him and his company wholeheartedly!!!

I like them and I specifically remember asking the plumber that came last time if I can have some type of thing to remember to call them and he gave me a refrigerator magnet. He was really quick to respond and explained his pricing before he did any work, so I wouldn't be surprised. I was quite impressed. He did a good job, I haven't had to deal with leak since, and the garbage disposal unit is still working great. I haven't had to call them back out but when I need a plumber that is the company I would call. I was happy with what it had cost me to get the work done, it was less than what I had anticipated but I don't know how to compare it with other plumbers because I haven't had any other plumber in here. He explained what he had to do, the cost of it and gave me an opportunity to say yes or no to any of those things. When I was looking around for a plumber, I saw that he had the longest time in business; he was licensed and bonded so I figured ‘how bad can it be' and it turned out to be great.

My overall experience with them was good. I rate them very highly and I would use them again in the future.

I really like him. I recommend him highly. He has worked with me on pricing. He has made suggestions and told me what it would cost. He hasn't tried to take care of me financially. If he is going to take care of two different things, he won't charge me two separate service fees.

I grade Sierra Vista Plumbing A's across the board. I would use them again. I have recommended them to other people.

Jared came out to finish off a water line. The trenches had already been dug and all of the pecks were purchased and laid. All Jared had to do was make six connections. When the bill was presented to me, he said he installed the water line. I installed most of it, he just did a minor part. I called the office and requested an itemized bill, but they said they didn't do that. He was here for less than two hours making these connections and doing the work. He billed me for five hours, though. I essentially was billed for work that he did not do, and time that was not spent working.

They are very reliable and they do great work.
