I arrived at 9:15am. My stylist arrived at 9:40am. Did not apologize or offer an reason for being late. We discussed type of perm, color of rods used in past and length of time perming solution left on hair. I asked the cost. Stylist said $110.00 with the cut. I was in shock. Told her I usually pay $10 or $15 less than that amount and it includes a cut. Told me prices are set by corporate and she had to charge that amount. There isn't a price chart posted anywhere that I could find. I also failed to ask fees when I made appointment. I agreed to Perm only as the cut was $35.00 and I thought that was way out of line. The perm is acceptable but not outstanding. I did tip the stylist as there was nothing wrong with her work.

My hair is difficult to cut because it is so fine. They get it close, but never right. They are really friendly. Their not the best place to go to for people with very fine hair like mine. They don't have the best prices, but their product quality is great. My boyfriend loves going to them because they give head massages when they wash your hair. My main problem is the stylists can't cut my hair right. If you have an appointment you usually still end up sitting there for fifteen minutes.
