 + -1 moreBoth visits they were on time, professional, and did the job. They explained what they were doing and why, showed me the old parts, and were very courteous. When the dogs had unhooked the wires, they charged just a service call and were on their way.
Description of Work: First time, they had to replace a switch in the heater. Second time I thought the same thing had happened, but the dogs had run behind the air conditioner and had just unhooked the wires.
