Saved me time & money. I believe that purchasing chemicals on my own would have been much more expensive.
"Thank you for posting the grades. We value all comments, good or not so good so we can learn from our successes and mistakes. I have sent you a personal letter in hopes of receiving your comments. I also refunded you $50 which covers the last month of service. It is unfortunate that you did not provide any comments that would help us to make changes or suggest areas where we might be able to make improvements. I always consider customer feedback very important. I do apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have cause you. Being extremely fair, I charged you a price, "under", what you were paying the other company you fired. I gave you this price because of our membership within the same organization and to share an opportunity to network with you in your business. As soon as I was able, I returned your phone call and I was polite and professional on the phone. For that matter, I believe in my heart I have always been a professional when speaking with you. Admittedly so, the fact that my other technician ran out of chemical while servicing your property, and the surrounding properties he treated that day, caused us to be backed-up and not as punctual as we would have liked to have been. As I am sure you understand, sometimes in business things happen. Again, please accept my sincere apology. As business owners, you in bookkeeping, and myself in pest control, can we both be honest about the quality of the pest service? You gave MMPC a grade of "F" but wrote no comments. Were you having pest issues that you did not tell us about? If so, can you please let us know so we can make improvements in our service. This is the first complaint my company has had since I bought the business this past January of 2014. We service over 700 customers and my goal is to ensure that as a company, we do things better, with fairness and honesty. I do not want to fail our customers and I take this first complaint very seriously. Please take the time to make any comments regarding our service so I can make the necessary adjustments."
