They were wonderful. My service rep answered all of my questions, gave me an accurate estimate before we agreed to the service beyond the routine oil change and the car was washed and looked great when I picked it up. They were on time with their time estimate and although I didn't need the shuttle this time, there is a shuttle car available if you'd rather not wait!

We went to Lawley Honda Nissan in the fall. We bought our car originally from them. Our experience was good. I liked that they provide you with a vehicle to take you home or where ever you need to go while they work on your vehicle.

While trying to buy a car for my daughter, I came to them on three occasions. The first occasion we came in wanting to buy a used car. My daughter was going to by it with her money and using her credit. They convinced us to buy a new car, we signed all the paperwork, then we went home. Five days later they called my daughter back in and said that unless I could co-sign, she couldn't have the car. (I'm i the middle of some other financial deals, which we told them, and I can't currently co-sign). So they took back the car. They called us back in about a used car that my daughter liked. The General Manager, Mr. Kowell, had told us that we could get that car as long as my daughter made $850 a month. We came back in with pay stubs demonstrating almost double that amount. We were told it would take less than two hours, then she'd walk out with the car. Four hours later they said she couldn't afford the car because it cost too much. They switched us to a more expensive car. We asked them how she could afford a more expensive car and not afford the first car, but they couldn't answer it very well (I have a graduate degree). In the meantime, a person came in for an appointment to buy the car we'd initially been called in for. They took the car and the salesman then tried to sell us the other one. Bait and switch. And we were called in with the knowledge they were going to sell the car they were offering us to someone else. That was an outright lie and their attempt to sell two cars, rather than one.
