The inspection and service was comprehensive, and recommended services were legitimate given the age of the vehicle. The service manager that I have worked with (Alex) is very straightforward and well-qualified. I think GM parts prices are very high but that is not the dealer's fault

Total professinalism,openess and courtesy. Caters to local active duty and retired military persons. Agreed without question to bottom line vehicle cost provided by USAA Auto Buying service. There were absolutely no hidden costs or fees.

My experience was not that great with them. The truck I started out with was exactly what I wanted and I was very happy. Ten days after they let me take it home, they called me up and told me that I needed to bring it back. They said they couldn't get any banks to finance it because the truck was ten years old. The only thing they had to offer me in exchange for it was not what I wanted. Overall, I didn't like the way the company was run. The salesman done the best he could given the situation he was in. Within a week of me turning in the original truck, it was being driven around by another soldier on the same post that I am stationed at. He still has the truck, so clearly they managed to get someone to finance it. I would not use them again in the future.

They were very helpful. I would recommend. They definitely try and work with their customers.

It is a Chevy dealership and it is the only Chevy dealership in Sierra Vista. Their service department is really nice. They looked at the problem and got it fixed for me at no charge under five minutes while the kids were sleeping in the car. They were really nice and considerate. They totally understood that it was something that needed to be fixed. They were able to take a look at it and there was no hassle whatsoever. It was a very quick and a pleasant task to undertake. The service was free. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
