The above should give you a pretty good clue as to how it went. The last 2 times, the repair man just showed up out of the blue with no appointment and no warning. The second time, I had people over for dinner and he just marched in to the house and went to the kitchen and opened the dishwasher and started working on it. I stopped him, pointed out he had not called to make an appointment, and that in case he had missed it, I had six people sitting in my living room. He shrugged by way of a response. I asked him to leave, which he did. The next morning I went into Kings and terminated the transaction as mentioned above.

This happened over 3 years ago. The reason I am posting this review now (I just joined Angie's List) is because my experience was so awful that I wouldn't want anyone else to walk in there blind.

In fairness to Kings, it happened over 3 years ago, and things can change a lot, including people turnover, in that amount of time. They may well have really cleaned up the service operation for all I know. That said, this is one of the worst repair experiences I have ever had and I will never darken their door again. Caveat emptor.
