Josh was the second Realtor we used when we were trying to sell our Sierra Vista home.
The first Realtor did nothing special and never even brought a prospective buyer to see the home. While we were listed with this first agent, Josh showed the home about 3 times. We didn't know Josh, but he was the one putting the most effort into selling our house. When the contract was up with the first agent we then listed with Josh. (Boy did that make agent #1 mad.)
Josh is totally professional. If he could not immediately answer our calls, he returned the call as soon as he could. His communication skills are excellent. He made us feel like we were his only clients.
My only complaint is the same with all Realtors. They want to list the home as cheap as possible to help insure a sale. If you think your price is fair, stick to your guns.
Josh hires a professional photographer for the photos instead of using his iPhone like the previous agent.
Josh paid $$$$ to feature our home on the COVER of the Real Estate Magazine! That couldn't have been cheap.
