DISCOUNT TIRE CO

My daughter is an Army Soldier at nearby Ft. Huachuca took her SUV to this shop on 14 Dec to fix her flat tire. We expected to pay for a new tire or the patching. She informed us there was no charge for the service. As the parent living in FL, very worried of our only daughter at her Army post in the middle of desert town. We want to thank the owner and technicians at this store that provided awesome service free of charge to our daughter. The next time we visit Sierra Vista, we will stopby your shop and thank y'all face to face.

Made an appointment and ordered specific tires online. Showed up 2 days later and checked in with the service writer. They were busy but because my appointment my car would be taken care of soon. I left store to shop for 45 min that it would take. Came back and the 2 new tires on my car were not the ones I ordered. Nobody called me to tell me mine were not in nor did the service writer tell me when I checked in. They just put on crappy tires and I feel like it was almost a bait and switch. Thankfully I checked them before paying. They left the new wrong tires on and scheduled me to come back 2 days later. They put me to the front of the line when I did come back but it was still a waste of my time since I had to go there twice. No discount or anything to make up for wasting my time. Tires are good but I will look around in the future to somewhere else I think.

They do oil services. They have stores all over. They have been awesome. They will fix my tires for free. I thought I knew what kind of tires that I wanted and he talked me into buying tires that were $180 cheaper and I have been very happy with them. They will inspect my tires. They did the lay work for me. I go in every 6,000 miles and they rotate them for free.

I really like how, if my tires are low, I can just pull into their bay and the guys always take care of me! They take the time to check all four tires, let me know what's going on (this time it was an even 15% loss in all tires, probably due to the weather), fill them up and then guide me out! They're always polite and they always make me feel like I'm not just some silly girl. I appreciate that.
