,Terrible!! made an appointment 4 days in advance. as my car REQUIRES mobil one synthetic oil and a not uncommon filter. asked the counter man if they carried the oil he said yes! as I had my own filter I told him that I didn't need a filter. he said "oh, we've got them i'm sure. didn't have the oil so the technician who didn't speak english(?) put in another synthetic. the new mobil one was delivered, the technician had to drop the oil that he had put in and put the CORRECT oil in the car. my filter did not fit (too long), they didn't have a replacement in inventory so they ordered one. one hour and 10 minutes later, the job was finally finished and the counter man (manager?) handed me a bill for over $68.00...a couple of things stand out. they lied to me about having the oil, misrepresented.that they had the filter, took over 0ne hour on a 20 minute job and charge and ripped me off...$68.++ for a $45.00 job..I must admit that this not uncommon for sierra vista, finding competent persons to do a job is very difficult...
