Chuck's All Electric

I found Chuck in the newspaper and he was horrible.  I would never use him again.  He was a retiree.  I had to crawl under the house to do what he should have done. He didn't clean up after himself, and he didn't put in all cords like I asked him to.  He said he wanted the painters to paint first.  He wasn't coming back, and he said the painter could screw them in.  He charged me extra for parts I couldn't use.  He took some of the parts back, but he gave me the wrong receipt, so I couldn't take them back. He also kept the money.  I would never hire him again, and would not recommend him to anyone.  I thought his pricing was OK until he started adding extra parts, returning them, and keeping the money. He showed up 2 hours later than when he was suppose to.
