The staff is good but they made a mistake when they rotate the tires that they laid how long it took to get the car back.

I went to Big O for an oil change because I had a coupon and they are located across the street from my work. I arrived first thing in the morning and they immediately took my car back to the service area. Upon noticing that I had nearly 80,000 miles, it was suggested using and quot;high mileageand quot; oil for a few dollars more. I agreed as it wasn't a and quot;sales pitchand quot; but a genuine suggestion on their part. The oil change was done in a timely manner and I went to pay my bill. The cashier rang up my fee and it was the amount for a and quot;regularand quot; oil change, not the and quot;high mileageand quot; price. I brought it the attention of the manager and he found that the wrong oil was used. He did not charge me and asked me to come back the next morning so they could make it right. Same drill the next morning and when they were done using the correct oil, I went to pay the bill. The manager said I was and quot;good to goand quot; and did not charge me for the services - to make up for the trouble of having to return.
I was not upset with the original mix up, but the fact that they made good on their service, I was extremely pleased. GREAT customer service! I will definitely be returning after my 3,000 miles is up!
