I've never had any problem with the dogs. She comes in and she knows how to groom the actual schnauzer. They always come with the proper cuts and the dogs don't come back terrorized by the time they are finished.

Becky and her staff are #1 here in Sierra Vista. They are truly animal lovers and take great care to see that your pet is not traumatized while in their care.

I love Becky and the animals are not stressed at all. The receptionist there also shelters dogs for us. She is also great with all the animals. I have seen her interact with others. It is really a welcoming environment where the animals feel safe and taken care of.

They are all friendly, very professional and do an amazing job. I even had my girl Jack Russell get a purple tuft of hair on top of her head and her nails painted purple she was sooo cute! I will NEVER take my pups to Petsmart's groomers before I found Becky we used them and they do not do 1/2 the job and it is twice the cost.

They did a very good job. Very clean shop and polite employees.

You can tell they love animals and the pets can tell also.

We have a 1and 1/2 year old and quot;rescueand quot; Terrier mix. Her coat was very long and matted and when she was roaming our 4 acres she would come in full of stickers and weeds all caught in her coat. You could bathe her and by the next day she was a mess again. We wanted to have her clipped but not knowing her exact breed, didn't want to expose her skin to outside elements, etc. I called Becky's Pet Parlor and left a message and Becky promptly called me back and after I described our dog, she explained everything they could do for her. I took our dog in for her appoint and was worried she would be anxious when I left her and would not do well at the appoint as she doesn't like her feet touched and has separation anxiety when separated from our other dog. To my surprise and relief she was actually excited when we walked in. The shop was very welcoming and the pets that were being groomed were calm and happy. I saw lot's of wagging tails and didn't hear any barking and our dog went right with them. They called me 2 hours later (they had quoted about 3 hours) and said she was ready. When I picked her up she was calm and content. She was clipped beautifully and they were able to leave enough of her coat to protect her from the sun and elements. They charged me $50.00 as they had to work quite long on getting the matts out of her fur. I couldn't be more happy and pleased with Becky's Pet Parlor. I would HIGHLY recommend this business and will certainly use them again.

I stopped in to inquire about grooming services for my female black lab/chow mix who was shedding profusely. We had also just adopted a german shepherd and everything was in transition as we were all getting used to each other. I had never had a dog groomed before and had no idea what to expect. The dogs that were in there were all calm and the groomings in progress were going smoothly. There was no tension on the part of dogs or groomers. I was given a price range depending on the amount of work-there was going to be alot-she's got the chow fur-and told what the price included. I was satisfied that I was given a fair price and was pleased that the service included more than just a bath and a brush. I brought her in a week later. We also adopted her from the pound about 8 months ago, and I had no idea how she would respond. She went right in without hesitation and didn't act upset in any way. The service took about 3 hours or so. When I went to pick her up, she was just finishing up. She looked wonderful! There was a mountain of hair-my hat is off to the groomers who have the patience to brush a dog for that long-it had to take at least half an hour. Again, all the dogs in there were calm. A few got excited when they saw someone new walk in, but none of them seemed nervous or distressed in any way. My dog was even softer than usual and just beautiful. She had a pink bandana around her neck and a small pink bow on her head. It was adorable! They clipped her nails, cleaned her ears, bathed, trimmed, and brushed her thoroughly. It's been 6 days and we've just started feeling a little bit of hair come off on our hands when we pet her, and that was only this morning. It's been wonderful not dealing with mounds of dog hair for almost a week. We'll brush her today to try to keep ahead and I plan on taking her back. The groomers were very friendly and just wonderful with the dogs. You can tell that they love what they do. I don't hesitate to recommend them and will take the german shepherd there as well as he is also shedding. My dogs have found some new friends..
