We found Andre Boltryk and his two crew members to be very professional. His crew continued working hard even when Andre had to leave the job site. They were all polite and approachable.

Andre’s estimate wasn’t the Lowest or the highest. We selected him because of his roofing knowledge and the detail estimate he produced and explained and the Professionalism he displayed in his discussions with us which transmitted into a confidence that he was the right contractor. He always returned any calls we placed to him both before and after the signing and we never felt as though we were bothering him.

The contract was signed and every item on the contract was delivered accordingly. Andre also arranged for the crane (we have a roof-top AC and Heating unit) and the AC contractor to handle the disconnect and re-connect of the AC/Heating Unit to enable the crane to take off and put back on the roof. All disposal, tax, and permit fees were included in the cost. We inspected the job upon completion and were very pleased with his work. Any required plywood replacement was to be an additional cost and that came to $200.

We’d like it known that he painted all the vents on the roof including the Gas Vent as well as the whirly-bird rotating attic vents to match the roof. He also brought the drip-edges to us ahead of time so that we could prime and paint them prior to putting them up.

I had some roof leaks. They were great!!

It went just fine! One day service, excellent results.
This is the second time we have used Ameritops services and would do so again without hesitation. Highly recommend this business to anyone who needs roof repair!

Andre Boltryk provided a written estimate the day he came out to my house in St. David. His estimate was considerably less than the other bids I had already received. I immediately signed his contract. We agreed upon the shingles and the 2-3 day work schedule. I paid about 1/2 up front to get the shingles delivered.
The workers were from Benson. Mike was the foreman and two of his sons were the crew. They took 3 days to complete the job, basically one day for each side of the double-wide (shingles) and a day for the 30 foot porch (Elastek) and finishing and cleanup. The crew went about their work without bothering us and did a great job, even extending overhangs, replacing flashing, etc. (beyond the usual skylights, etc.) They were very pleasant to have around.
Andre came out a few days later and inspected the job. He was satisfied with what he saw. He pointed out the practical and aesthetic "extras" that were done without additional cost to make the reroofing a quality job.
The proof is in the pudding, or when you're dealing with roofs, the Monsoon, but I have no doubt that the roof will last a long time and won't leak.

Working with Ameritop was great. Andre, the owner, came out right away when we called to do an estimate despite the fact that almost all of the houses in our neighborhood needed roof work after the storm. He gave us an estimate to replace our roof with shingles comparable to what we already had as well as an estimate and recommendation to upgrade to a higher quality shingle that wouldn't blow off in the next storm. The estimate for the UPGRADE came in below our insurance estimate for the lower quality shingles. In the end, his price was so low that he basically covered our deductible. It took some time to actually get the roof replaced due to the sheer number of houses that needed work, but Ameritop kept us in the loop and showed up when they said they would. The crew worked fast and did an excellent job including gluing the shingles down and putting an extra nail in each to prevent them from blowing away in the future. We were happy with their work, but Andre was not. He made them come back out and fix a few more things and clean up debris that we hadn't even noticed.
Three years later, we've had several storms since the roof was replaced and have had zero damage to the new roof. It still looks brand new.

The work started when stated. They even worked with our Internet provider (there is a dish on the roof) . All debris was cleared each day. A good experience.

This was a very positive experience and there are not enough adjectives to describe the top notch crew that worked on our roof. The workers worked nonstop for 8 hours a day in humid, hot conditions and minimized the disturbance to ourselves and the property.Mr. Boltryk worked alongside the crew and came to make frequent inspections as to the progess. The entire job was finished in 4 days and after each day, the debris from the work was cleaned up. The crew worked quietly and steadily and can be highly recommended. Mr. Boltryk himself is very professional and precise with many years of experience behind him. In addition, he is a very nice, likeable man who takes the time to explain everything in detail and to respect the customer.I would not hesitate to recommend this roofing company to anyone needing it's services as the work ethic is very positive and genuine.
