Communication was great. Scheduled an appointment to come out for an estimate. Called with an estimate within a few days. Ordered the new glass (that took a while, but I believe that was out of their control). Scheduled a morning to install once it arrived. Came right on time. Only surprise was they had to take the screen back to the shop to repair. Brought it back at the end of the same day, but I was stuck at the house waiting for their return. The finished product was excellent.
