Sheree is a very hard worker and was willing to spend a lot of time showing me houses and explaining the home buying process, since I am a first time buyer. I was very happy with Sheree's work until I began to have problems with my house due to poor repairs and a poor inspection report. She recommended the inspector (who gave an inaccurate report) by giving me brochures. The person she hired to do repairs before closing did poor quality work. After about 2 months of owning the house I have over $2000 of unexpected repairs on things that were "fixed" by the unlicensed contractor she chose and passed by the inspector she recommended. I trusted her opinion very much and am disappointed. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and did until recently. Now I feel that, at best, she made uninformed decisions in hiring and recommendations, which negatively affected me. At worst, she may have knowingly represented the seller's interests to my detriment. (I can not prove this.) I am not sure which of these things happened, but I will not be working with her again as I had planned to before knowing all the facts. I am not certain that she is trustworthy.
