Rick was responsive and was there right when he said he would be. He was willing to come out, meet us face-to-face, listened to what we wanted to have done and offered suggestions on how to make the areas look better and be safer.  He was very friendly and professional, and after meeting with three contractors, my whole family decided Rick was the one for the job.  He understood what we wanted done and had some great ideas on how to make things better.  He helped us purchase materials when the items were on sale which helped us reduce the cost of our project.  He stayed in touch with me by phone during the project updating me on the progress, or asking a question to get clarification.
When the project was completed we were extremely pleased with the result.  He did just what he said he would do and more.  He not only replaced the decking, but neatly trimmed along the edges and touched up with a fresh coat of paint matching the existing color.
Our stairway used to be very steep and not up to code, but Rick made the stairs wider, less steep and angled them leading to a path with a nice cement pad at the base.  It was not only brought up to standards, but made walking up the stairs easy and they looked so nice.
Rick Biggins and his crew did a great job,  and we have asked him to do additional projects for us.  I would recommend him.

Rick Biggins was referred to us for a metal roof installation over our cabin.  A leak occured within several months of the install.  Rick came out, climbed up on the roof and told us he fixed the leak.  Some months later the same leak occured.  We called him again.  He did not come out to fix it.  We blew it off because it doesn't rain a whole lot here, but there is snow melt, and the next time we had snow and it melted, the leak happened again in the same spot.  I don't remember what the excuse was as to why he couldn't come out (maybe it is not a good idea to work on a metal roof in the snow or in the rain).  We are in to another rainy season and the leak is happening again in the same spot.  My husband called Rick two weeks, maybe three weeks ago, and he said he was really busy, but he'd be out to fix the leak.  We have not seen nor heard from him since.  I think we've given up.
