The work was not good enough for a second visit

"We actually cleaned multiple times for [Member Name Removed]. I went through every one of my cleaners attempting to please her even though they all complained and begged not to return. Finally the last cleaner left in tears and I decided we were not compatible. I was told by her assistant most every cleaner in town turns her down due to the [Member Information Removed] she treats people. The last time we cleaned for her was almost 2 years ago so I'm not sure why the bad review all of the sudden."

We were scheduled to have an appointment to quote for services and she did not show. Nor has she responded to my messages. Very disappointing.

After a walkthrough with Lisa her crew went to work and knocked it out in 1.5 hours. Did a great job and the overall price was a pleasant surprise - so much so we signed up for monthly service on the spot. Done right deal - I highly recommend Lisa's service !!

She just vacuumed and did not wipe down the blinds properly; in fact, they had grit on them when I ran my finger over them. In essence, incomplete, sloppy, forgot the tops of the blinds that attach, and did not get the very top unit of the ceiling fans (she had a ladder). I had two people evaluate the job and they were both dismayed with it. The owner said "it happens" and slightly decreased the fee until further negotiation with my son got it down more. Her attitude was surprising - defended the girl instead of responding to her customers.. Honestly, shouldn't have paid anything for this job. I'll have to have it redone.

"This was a phase I, Phase II job. During phase I the woman was so rude to my employee, she quickly finished vacuuming the blinds per my instruction. I advised the woman I would personally redo them during the phase II. She declined. Never paid for the 3 hours we spent on the house."

We left the house at 1030, Lisa arrived at 1000 exactly on time. Lisa said it was going to get very dusty as she cleaned logs and ceiling fans, I have COPD so dust is no good for me. We returned at 1910 and the house was magnificent. Lisa even straighten our piles of junk and papers. The computer never shinned so much.

Very well! One of the girls distorted a showerhead and Lisa, the owner, came and talked to us and it was resolved to my satisfaction.
I feel the company/owner, Lisa, is very professional and cares about the job. I am the happiest about the cleaning than I have been in years. The pricing is also higher than I have ever paid, but I feel it will come down as the cleaners are familiar with my house and can fine tune the cleaning from one time to the next.

Lisa Underwood and her girls are the most thorough house cleaners we've ever used. They get every crevice clean and leave our house with it being spotless and sparkling and smelling fresh and they do it all with great attitudes. Out of the many times they serviced our house, on one rare occasion, there was one small area overlooked and they promptly returned and took care of it. We are loyal and thankful clients of theirs!
