About us
This is a family business with each member providing areas of expertise to service the client or customer. Generally, services are paid at the closing of the real estate sale through an escrow account. These costs are itemized by the escrow officer and follow accepted policy and practices outlined by the National Association of Realtors as well as the Arizona Association of Realtors and the Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors. Any service such as home inspections, advertising, photography, web services, just to name a few, will be negotiated and paid at time service is rendered. Realtor commissions are generally paid by the seller of the real estate unless negotiated at the time of the offer. Sheri Sperry is the licensed state of Arizona Realtor®. All others provide services at her direction.

Sheri Sperry Realtor® offers all real estate services under the Re/Max Sedona brokerage. Sheri expertly represents both buyers and sellers. She also provides vendor referral services, such as a inspections, mortgage & insurance services. Services provided in house include: Professional photography, custom website design, print & internet marketing. Because services are provided "in house", listings are up and running in hours not days.

These services are not offered: Property management, time share sales, and rentals.
