Excellent. Paul arrived on time and got to work. Previously when we have had our carpets cleaned (even by big-name national companies) they just didn't seem to get really clean, and within a short time looked liked they did before cleaning. However Sedona Steamway is different. Paul took the time to do a very thorough job and when we was done, the carpets looked like new! I mean many shades cleaner! And the best part is that it is lasting. All said and done the best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Recommend them highly and they are on our list now!
