Here is my opinion of how SHC performed on my backsplash tile job:
Tiles installation was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Friday.  I called SHC when the installers had not arrived by 10 a.m.  They asked if they could delay until Monday, and I said no.  With no further communication, the installers arrived at 1 p.m. and got to work. Because of the late start, they could not complete the job.  Also, they had not been given the entire shipment of tile, so could go no further even if there had been more time.
Completion was scheduled for Monday, with arrival time about 9:30 a.m.  When they hadn't shown up by 10:15 a.m., I called SHC and asked where they were.  They called back and said they couldn't come that day.  It irked me that they again seemed to have forgotten my project, as they did not initiate contact about scheduling. Later I was told the installers would be here Tuesday at 9 a.m.
Tuesday they were not here by 9:30 a.m.  I called and they said they would find out where they were.  They showed up at 10:45 a.m. and are now at work.
The workers are courteous and are doing a good job installing my all-metal backsplash tiles.  I have no complaint with them once they arrive.  But Friday, Monday and Tuesday mornings I got up early and dashed through breakfast so I could clear all the countertops in the work area.  And then I sat and waited.  It felt as if my job was unimportant to SHC, and that wasting my time was acceptable to them. I think the job will be completed today.
These are my opinions.  I realize that other customers have had better experiences.
I cannot recommend SHC to people I know, as I would not want them to have a similar experience.

We were in touch by email after I chose my tile. They sent many pictures while work was in progress. The tile I chose looks like sautillo but is Italian. I wanted wider-than-normal grout lines which they did by adding extra stabilizer to the grout. Then they sealed it with a matte finish. The result is true beauty. Everyone who walks in gasps. The workmanship done by their tilers is first class. It was finished just in advance of my move in in July 2013.

Being out of state, communication was a little slower than had we been on site to communicate.
In the end, the job came out beautifully.
All the rooms abutted to tile.
The living room included a bee hive fireplace and curves at the intersection with the tile.
It also included 4 large posts that complicated the intersection with the tile.
The office has a built in desk in one corner.
The master bedroom has a walk in closet in addition to its regular sized closet.
The home did not have any baseboards between the carpet and walls.
We wanted to preserve the clean look and elected to have the hardwood recessed under the walls.
The engineered wood we picked was an excellent match for the wood posts and the cabinetry in the house.
The workmanship was top quality.  The transitions with tiles, curves and walls could not have been better.
The job went so well that we may use them to replace our counter top with tile.
Be sure to consider Sedona Home Center for your flooring. 
We did and were extremely pleased with the result.

This was a convoluted experience making this company extremely hard to rate.  We went to the store, selected our carpet and granite counter top, got an estimate and requested an estimate for soundproofing a furnace room.  We dealt with Mark.  We loved dealing with Mark.  Mark is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  He gets an A+ and was a pleasure to deal with.  The back office, book keeping and e-mail communications however, is very poor.  We received e-mails with sentences in all caps, fragmented sentences that made no sense and e-mails in which their responses to our inquiries were not even responding to the subject at hand.  In sending us photos of the carpet work, we received multiple copies of the sets of photos, bombarding our e-mail box as if it were spam.  Book keeping is poor.  They refuse to break items out individually which, after carpeting three homes here in the Puget Sound area and none of them having problems being transparent, it is mind boggling why any business would be hiding costs.  Why not be upfront, honest and transparent?  Our estimate and invoice stated a price per square yard but until we received our final invoice, we did not double check their math.  Their math ended up being wrong, higher than the per square foot multiplied by the stated quote.  We were told "oh I type that in by hand, I typed it wrong" concerning the incorrect description which caused everything to not add up.  After much rambling, we told them we were going to send a check for the amount due for carpet and be done, thus canceling the counter top and soundproofing jobs.  The bookkeeper's response to this?  "That's fine" in a happy tone.  Wow is all I can say.  Not even an apology for their poor paperwork and confusion caused by it.  The back office gets an "F".  On the plus side, the carpet looks beautiful, they did send photos of it and we are told (by a third party, not SHC) that the installation was one of the best they'd ever seen, so installation gets an "A+".  On another note, we first requested a quote on the soundproofing of our furnace room in July.  It is October and still no quote, even though it does not matter as we cancelled all further dealings.

DO:  Deal with Mark, he is A+
DO:  Double check invoices as manual typing and calculating is being done instead of using computers to avoid errors.
DO:  Use phone to communicate with Mark and see if you can complete your job dealing solely with Mark.  
DO NOT:  Use e-mail for any communications beyond receiving invoices.
