+ -1 moreTerrible. Steer clear of this property manager. They gave our key to another property manager without our permission and would not respond to us. We have a signed contract with them but apparently they decided to void it without ever having any contact with us.
Description of Work: Keep a key and let the HOA in when necessary.

Since that time, Tina Nelson and her crew have been outstanding in responding to any repairs or requests my wife and I have made. Their varied contractors are quick to respond, cheerful and professional. I couldn't be happier.
