Latch works fine now, but they did a poor job of reattaching the plastic molding on the inside of the hatch, which has now come partially dissembled and hangs down off the door when it is open. Additionally the mechanic left some tools in the back, which I returned. Their proposal for the locks appeared to be a low level process of simply replacing parts until the problem went away, with me paying labor and parts. I declined to give them this work. The office staff was kind, courteous, and responsive.

Use them for non-warranty work. Have used them for years and they do high quality, dependable work.

they gave a fair price, were professional, office clean and the mechanic excellent. The work was done on time as promised and I would recommend them to my friends. They will be my go to repair shop from now on. Sorry I didn't know about them sooner

A very positive experience overall. Impressively professional, speedy, and reasonably priced. Mechancal work on a Mercedes is unusually expensive, and this shop's bill was a pleasant surprise. Plus, prompt service and very professional customer relations make this a positive in every category.

My local Lincoln dealer told me that my brakes needed attention after a 21 point inspection. I didn't have time to get the work done before I left on vacation so I searched Angies List when I got to my destination, Sedona, AZ. I chose Red Rock because they had several good reports. When I called, Terry (the owners wife) told me to come in early the next morning which I did. My car was inspected promptly and I was told that the front brakes needed service and the rear brakes had about 25% wear left. They told me they could do the work before noon and could give me a ride back to my condo and pick me up when done. Overall the shop personnel (owner, owners wife and mechanic) were very courteous and professional. I would definitely use this shop again and recommend it highly to others.

This is the most dependable and reasonable auto shop. When the springs on the lid of our trunk broke, they welded the parts together instead of charging for new parts. We have a 14 year old Toyota Camry. Also, because they weren't busy that day, which they usually are, they washed our car for free. I've recommended Redrock to a friend who couldn't get his truck properly repaired at another shop, and Redrocks was able to help him. They are a family owned business. The father and son work on the cars, and the wife is usually in the office. They have the ability to work on all types of cars.
