Cleaners arrived on time but reported that the house was filthy and difficult to clean and they would need to be there for 7 hours at $50/ hour. The only cleaning product they had was vinegar. I explained that all of the new countertops were hi grade granite in the kitchens and bath rooms and would be damaged by vinegar so I supplied them with granite cleaner. The wood floors had had a $3000 refinishing but they were going to clean them with vinegar, too! This property was recently remodeled and had been well maintained so there was no "filth", it was essentially empty of furniture but it took these two people over one hour" to clean" one bedroom and one bathroom. I was cleaning twice as fast as the two of them. I stayed the entire time they were there. Twice I had to redirect them because they were cleaning the same room over again and chit chatting but did not have time to clean the oven, frig or laundry sink. I rent and sell real estate frequently and have had many different cleaning services. This was my worst experience ever. When I called and emailed to ask for a receipt several days later, the woman on the phone was rude and uncooperative. My realtor had referred these people and I have informed him of my experience as well.

They have a very good service.
