Gary was prompt in responding to our request and in scheduling a service call. He was very courteous and more importantly, quite talented in what he does. He was able to fix the leak efficiently. We will use Gary's services for all our plumbing needs. Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Gary.

I was very pleased.  It was a really good price.  The guy came out, no messing around, just got the job done.  I'd give them an "A" plus plus for overall service and "A's" across the board.  I was completely satisfied with them.  A lot of companies wouldn't even come out on a Sunday.  Just a one man show, he's very good at what he does.

He seemed great at first, informative and friendly.   He said he knew what to do.  He diagnosed what he thought was problem, gave overall price for parts and job, said he had gone ahead and ordered main part needed, it would take 3 days to arrive and he'd do job at end of week.  End of week came, he never showed up or called.Called him days later.  Now he said he needs money before ordering part.He didn't reply when I asked hadn't he already ordered part?  And hadn't we been waiting for it to arrive by end of week?He just said sorry for miscommunication. That's when I double-checked around me, and found out other people had overheard he'd ordered already, we should have been fixed by end of week.  He didn't have an explanation.
Wanting job done, I now agreed to give him main part price he quoted, with the balance of job paid for upon completion. He could order, said I'd have money for him next day.  Then didn't hear from him for a week.  Called, he said he didn't know I'd have the money, that he was waiting for me.  So he hadn't called or ordered the part.  Figured that could be an actual miscommunication, let it slide.  I had money, but couldn't get him to pick it up right away, he came to get it next day.
Part took almost a week to arrive, by that time we were going out of town.  He wanted to do job while we were gone, but we wanted to be there when he did job.  So we set a date for the job to be completed when we could be there, in about a week.  Late morning on day we'd chosen, he called to reschedule.  We weren't surprised.  It seemed like he didn't care.
Research shows he charged extra for parts ordered, almost twice the amount for main part that I could buy myself.  He charged for labor, expected and normal, but shouldn't be over-inflating and mis-respresenting price of parts.
Finally he came to do job, was surly, not nice.  We hadn't had that from him before, had always been nice to him, so it was weird to have him working on our home.  It was like he was a different guy than we first met.  It took then took 2 days to complete the job he'd promised.  Once done, all he wanted was the rest of his money.  He didn't want to show us what he'd done.  There were about 4 things done, but he didn't want to check that it worked.  We gave him rest of money. Then inspected what he'd done.Of the 4 things he was supposed to do, only 1 thing was fixed.  New parts he'd put in didn't work, things that were supposed to run now didn't, and it was clear he had left without them ever working.  Now we understood why he hadn't wanted to show us what he did. It's clear he just wanted to get money, and doesn't have integrity in his work.We will never use him again because we can't trust him or his word. We'd have no problem if he had said -even during the job or in the middle of it- that he didn't have the knowledge to do the work, or that the job looked to be beyond his scope. But he didn't do that.  He wasn't honest. We've since hired someone else.  They've fixed what he did wrong and completed the job in a timely manner. We just wasted the money we paid Jerry at Northland Plumbing. But most of all we don't appreciate he was dishonest.

They came out on a holiday.  They let me have it for the non-holiday rates, so I was very happy with that.  The guy was really good.  He turned out to be detailed.  He found all the problem.  He had to cut through the driveway to get the connection.  He was good.  I didn't have any problem with that.  The price was good.  I didn't even check the price.
