Mac & PC Computer Support (Sedona)

Excellent. My laptop was beyond repair. Rather than spend a lot of money on multiple diagnostics Klaus gave me the option of running more diagnostics or looking for a new laptop. He was able to find me an equivalent computer for less than it would have cost me to try and repair the old one and less than the quotes I had received from other companies for diagnostics and possible repair. He transferred and organized my old data in a way that made it very easy for me to locate my files and I now have a MacBook Pro that runs smoother and faster than my old one when it was new. I'm very happy to have found someone at last who can help me keep my computer in top shape.

I am working with Klaus since several years whenever I have a computer question or problem. Usually I call him and he connects from his house to my computer and then we work together on whatever question I have, or sometimes he also comes to my house. Klaus is very competent and has helped me many times. I find it very relaxing to be able to ask someone for help who is professional and patient and understands where I am coming from. He gets my highest recommendation.

Klaus came to my house on a very short notice and did a complete cleanup and update of my iMac which did not want to start anymore. It works now as good as new again. He was fast, professional and courteous. He also offered me to use his remote support capabilities should I need some help in the future. I will definitely use him again if needed and can recommend him very much.
