From the first meeting with Mr Lukas and observing the daily work of his employees I experienced a respect for excellence not found in my years of working as a contractor. Every employee put 100 percent effort every day no matter who was watching. The honesty and work ethic of his crew was amazing.far better than any crew I ran., or any other company I hired. It was actually an enjoyable experience watching them work.
