He was a very nice man and I don't use him anymore. He was very personable and he showed up when he was supposed to. I found that he didn't always think things through as carefully as he should have. I asked him to help me put in an air conditioning duct in one room and extending it into another room. It took a couple of tries to make it work. He made the duct going out smaller so it prevented almost any air from getting to the back room. He fixed it; he didn't get it totally right but it was close. When there was a problem, he was very good about saying that he would take care of it promptly. I have chosen not to use him but if something came up, I would call him back. He is not my first choice now, but it wouldn't make me crazy to call him.

I bought a water heater at home Depot. Jim replaced it. Charging $50. dollars an hour. I believe I saved money over all. Jims service is good

It went very well once I turned it over to Jim. He is a stand-up old school craftsman and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the area. If I need help again, I know who to call.
