He first determined that one of the bulbs was burnt out.
He then determined that no electricity was coming to either bulb.
He then suspected that the bulbs were on a switch(news to me!) and located the switch in our house.
He then suggested both bulbs be replaced since it was likely that the good bulb was approaching the end of its life.
He then went to a hardware store to purchase new bulbs.
He installed both bulbs and tested the system.
He then suggested that the system would work better if some branches were removed.
After everything he cleaned up (even swept up our entire sidewalk).

I called from a neighboring town in the morning with a new storm on the horizon within a few days. The boss and some workers showed up around noon to give me an estimate and by that afternoon the job was started and finished the next day. The fellows were neat, quick, thorough -- even mudding a few extra uneven spots, courteous, and unobtrusive. Couldn't ask for more...except, maybe a receipt...still waiting for that.

Jason did a terrific job. The quality of his work was excellent, he responded promptly to my call, performed the services expeditiously and his follow up was outstanding. I will use Jason for all of my home repair and maintenance needs.

He worked hard to finish the job before we left of vacation and our dog has not escaped. All is well. He even mailed me back $20 b/c I had over paid him.
