Gina was so helpful getting my retirement home ready for me to move in to. I thought I would have to make a trip down there to pick out carpet and paint and fixtures and then find contractors to do everything. Gina took care of all that and did a much better job then I could have done myself. Excellent very personalized service and some final touches that were really above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Gina is a very responsible manager. My house was leaking badly during the Colvin period and I can not go to reconstruct my house so I hired Gina to take in charge with all the problems. She is fantastic and trusty. She found all the problems and fix everything before the dateline, so we could prepare the house stunningly to the customer when the hot season began. After this cooperation, I decided to hire her as my private inspector who help me check all the detail once every two months. Believe me, she is worth than what I pay her. She help me much more than what I ask her. We still continue as a great team.

From the outside BBQ area, patios and pool, to the interior 5 bedroom, 3 Bath home with formal dining and culinary kitchen with all the appliances necessary to feed a large event or family.
