 + -1 moreMy location is in a development that requires attention to mounting of any antenna. The installer, Mike, set me up with a ComSpeed modem since the sight line to the nearest eSedona tower was not good. My ISP is fast, affordable and the installation and wireless network set up was a snap.
Description of Work: Brent at the Sedona eSedona office took my info & made me an appointment for install. Installer "Mike" gave me a call a day early since he was in the area. He got me going in less than 20 minutes.

Description of Work: Esedona is our internet service provider for now. Their service is pretty bad, we constantly have outages & these got so bad we changed providers, who as it turned out were even worse. We then went back to Esedona after they made upgrades. My wife & i both need a reliable internet service for our work, we still constantly get outages, sometimes for several hours.They do not answer their phone so you have no option but to leave a voicemail which they never reply to. We pay our $40.00 per month on time every month by DD, & they expect us to pay, so we expect our internet to work, however they are not providing a reliable service nor do they offer any compensation for outages, a free month would be nice. I would never recommend this company, they are totally unprofessional & unresponsive. As long as they get their $40 every month they dont care. As soon as we can find a RELIABLE alternative we will be changing providers.
