My experience was good from beginning to end. It all starts with the person answering the phone, it pays to have clients feel welcome and understood from the start of their experience and Eric did just that. On the day of my appointment the people were warm and fun. I suggest calling with as much advance time as possible, this place is busy.

The whole staffs are incredibly professional there. I have a favorite whom I go to. She has cut my hair and I have driven miles sometimes to have her cut my hair.
