Daniel came out to do the work and he was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, caring, understanding, patient, and top shelf. He is a master plumber and is only 30! I would highly recommend them and I will definitely hire them again.

I have used AZ Best before and called them immediately. They arrived within 3 hours, augered out the drains & located the hidden septic tank - and set a time for the next morning to return for the digging out and pumping out. They did a great job all around - grounds are returned to normal and we are clean, free-running, and sanitary once again. I highly recommend AZ Best and will use them again.

Response to each call was extremely prompt (we live in Village of Oak Creek - quite remote) - the ruptured tank they had in their van, the water heater they got from their shop stock 12+ miles away and still he got us back up and operating within 5 hours of the first call - that's an A+++ done right deal !!

The owner, Bryan, came out on Tuesday to do an inspection. The next day, the Journeyman plumber, William, replaced the water heater in about 2 hours. The tenant told me that they did an outstanding job. Minimum water was spilled in the crawl space. The plumber cleaned up exceptionally well and took all the used parts with him, leaving the area thoroughly clean. The original water heater had an output of 170 degrees. The new water heater has an output of 120 degrees. The tenant said they did outstanding work. Job well done. We would recommend them to anyone else.

Brian had new disposal in his truck ($100), I provided new tub spout, and he repaired the gas line.
Work completed in a few hours. Professional and fast service.

Unfortunately Brian was unable to replace the same day and had to return the following day to complete the work.

This plumber really knew his stuff, and showed up on time. He stayed until the job was done. He could have been a terrific plumber if only he had used a polite manner throughout.

We own rental property and had this company do some work at our rental and were completely satisfied with the cost of the repairs. We met with him personally and discussed additional repairs to be done. The cost of the materials and labor was reasonable and we will consider this compnay to do work at our own property. We live in Sedona and prefer doing business with someone who lives locally.

Excellent. Water pipe in bathroom wall broke open. Flooded bathroom and bedroom
closet floors. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, our contracted insurer could not respond and Arizona's
Best came to our rescue. He was quick and professional and was done sooner than we expected.
We do not know what the charges are because it was covered by our insurance policy.
We would call Bryan Humphrey if we had future need.
