I was in Phoenix for work and as luck would have it, my computer decided it wanted a break down just when I needed it most. Aaron was referred to me by a work associate and that day he was my savior. He drove out to my hotel and somehow not only figured out what was wrong with my computer, but put up with my incessant questions about everything...some of which had nothing to do with computers (he even recommended a decent place to eat).
The price was very fair, he showed up right on time, and saved my butt. Since then he's even helped me remotely a couple of times. A super nice guy, who is passionate, and patient, with people at their most venerable time.
