They acted like I was an idiot. We had problems with the sink faucet, which was a Moen, top of the line, model and it never worked and always sprayed all over the kitchen. I had to wait 4 weeks for the two new parts to show up at my house, just to call them to have them come fix it. The technician that fixed it wrapped soldering wire around the head to keep it from falling out of the fixture. It is supposed to retract but instead it just dangles, and the plumber left with the weight that would make it retract. The builder of the home came by and told me that it was acceptable which really irritated me. In our master bedroom, the air conditioning was freezing, and in the monsoon season, during all the rain, the tiles on the roof were not installed properly were banging against the tin and keeping me up at night. We had to hire a house inspector to prove that we were not making this up some tiles were not even attached to the roof, but were just laying there. We are not happy. One of our liaisons between us and William Lyons has been Charity. She has been working with us and has been fabulous - and helped us resolve a problem with a loose staircase, however the two we worked with before that were awful.
