This was the first and only house I had ever owned and so it was the first time I had ever sold a house, which means I was a complete newbie to the house-selling process. Thank God I had Carrie to help guide me through it because it turned out to be a difficult sale with some sticky technical issues and a particularly unorthodox, demanding buyer. Her due diligence ensured that the sale was finalized with 100% peace of mind, with no loose strings to ever come back and haunt me. She was relentlessly thorough in all aspects of the sale, making sure that every title search, inspection and documentation was properly buttoned up. In fact, she uncovered some issues that should have been addressed when I originally purchased the property, but which had slipped through the cracks due to my inexperience and the negligence of the previous seller. Excellent. Due to market conditions, many properties reviewed included short sales. Athough the piece of property I chose was a short sale, Carrie handled the process with great professionalism and determination to get the job done! Carrie provided an excellent service, was flexible on appointments and informative about the current real estate market.
