About us
Vineyard Services is a Fannie Mae SAM approved vendor and performs a variety of renovations and repairs on Fannie Mae properties and also services the needs for many non-Fannie Mae clients. Vineyard is 203(k) certified and is currently operating in Arizona, Nevada and California and is evaluating expansion into Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Oregon. Our services include REO renovations and repairs, Investor and Private Equity services, property preservation and inspection, and residential services. In 2011, Vineyard Services has averaged more than 1,000 property renovations per month with average monthly revenues in excess of $1.5MM. Vineyard Services understands the importance of customer care. This is why Vineyard takes the time to get to know our clients on a higher level. We want to know how our services can help you reach your goals. Vineyard pairs each client with a project coordinator who helps the client stay up-to-date on every step of the construction process. Vineyard Services also believes in a quality product at an affordable price. The major issue that was uncovered during the home inspection was the mold that had started to appear in several areas of the home, including the bedrooms, master closet, the living room has the most damage since the fireplace chimney is so low the water just pored into the room. The sub-floor, fireplace surround all has to be replaced, in addition to having the mold taken care off.
Since this was found, Vineyard Services has not responded to the owners of the property and will not take responsibility to correct the issues. We are now stuck having to either walk away from the property or correct the issues and try and get Vineyard Service to pay for the damage they have caused. After doing some research on the company, I found several complaints on the ROC and with the BBB. I would not trust this company to do any work for you...
