the Vet tech DAWN could not be mire efficient.  My dogs are treated well and Professionally ,
Dr. Ashenfelter is our main Vet. and We adore her.

I have been using VCA for years and they always do a great job with all of my pets. Dr Brown is my go to vet; she is very familiar with my pets and always provides good information when I have behavioral or health questions. She is caring and treats me and my pets with professionalism and respect. Highly recommended.

I've been bringing my dog to this site for boarding since I adopted him in 2008, and my elderly cat since 2005. They have been outstanding and always take such wonderful care of my pets. They may seem expensive but for the services they offer and the quality and peace of mind I feel when my pets are with them is MORE than worth it. The cost is actually very competitive to other locations in the Valley, only the expertise and experience of the techs in charge make it so much more worth the drive from South Chandler to North Scottsdale before our vacations. In fact, our somewhat moody dog loves staying and looks forward to the play time he gets and always comes home a pound or two lighter. He has anxiety when I leave him unless I take him to VCA. I will only use VCA for our pet care and swear by my experiences at the 4 locations I've been frequenting for 7 years. They've rescued lives 5 times for various emergencies, and have been easy to work with in payments and scheduling. If they ever closed I think I'd stop vacationing rather than look for another location or a pet sitter.

Dr. Ashenfelter was so kind and did not oversell anything like I'm used to at the vet! Expert care, quick appointments and great location.

The Vet and staff were knowlegable and friendly.

They're very good, doctor Brown is excellent. The only reason I don't go there anymore is because they're too far from where I live. They're very caring, very professional, reasonable, and they are just very good.

Based on some unusual skin symptoms conducive to rat poison ingestion, I took my dog in for an emergency evaluation. The staff was very careful and caring in the way they handled him to avoid causing further physical distress as they drew blood and checked his vitals. When the blood lab results were returned, they were within normal ranges and not life threatening. It seems his symptoms were indicative of a possible allergic reaction to a possible insect bite, which in this case closely resembled rat poisoning (sudden bruising of the skin which could indicate hemorrhaging) . In the end, I merely needed to keep an eye on him and report any increase in problems over the next few days. I received a follow up call to check on his status as they always do following any problems with any of my pets. I have been taking my pets to this VCA facility for many years and as always was very impressed with their caring attitude toward my dog as well as their efficiency in handling this particular situation. I highly recommend this veterinary team for their skills and for their compassionate treatement of both pets and their owners.

Very well - the vets (we use two) are very loving and helpful. It is easy to schedule an appointment, and the wait past the exact time schedules is usually within 15 minutes of that time.

Trigsey's grooming was amazing. People are always stopping us to tell us what a beautiful haircut our dog is sporting. Our neighbor is now using Sonia Lopez at our suggestion...she said her dog "Jingle Bells" has never had such a great cut. Not everyone can give a Schnauzer cut...all we have to do is ask our dog if he want's to see Sonia and he's ready to go.

They are an excellent company. They give compassionate care. They are able to get you in right away. I will continue to use them.

They are a VCA franchise. They offer veterinary services, boarding and grooming. I take advantage of all these services for my dog. My cat receives the veterinary services too. I have used them for 2 years. During the kennel stay, the employees spend quality time with my pet and treat her as their own. I appreciate the one-on-one attention as they are very attentive to my pet's needs.

The vet that I like here is Dr. Layton. He is very nice and explains everything to you. They also treat my animals well every visit. The office is very clean, which I love. It does not smell or anything. The waiting room is good too.

THEY PERFORMED THE TASK AT HAND BUT THEY ALSO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE HIS DENTAL CONDITION WOULD IMPROVE FOR THE LONG TERM. DR. ASHENFELTER AND HER STAFF HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT WITH BOTH OF OUR FAMILY PETS. OUR FIRST LABRADOR WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A TERMINAL ILLNESS AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY COMPASSIONATE AND KIND AND AT THE SAME TIME CARED FOR OUR BELOVED PET THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE ORDEAL. NOW WE HAVE ANOTHER YOUNG LAB THAT NEEDS EXTRA ATTENTION AND THEY ONCE AGAIN HAVE RISEN TO THE TASK AND WORK VERY WELL WITH OUR 'HIGH ENERGY' LOVED ONE.
