Review 2: A change of life event happend causing me to have to sell my home and move to a different state. Seeing this I called the only realtor I will ever use, Steve. I have refered Steve multiple times since the last time I used him and he never disappoints. This time for me was different, Steve went above and beyond and not only helped me stage and sell my home in record time (Under 24hrs!) at more then asking price but he also found a great realtor in the new state I was moving to. I can't say enough about his work ethic, customer service and results. There is no other realtor I will ever use for Arizona real estate. Samuel Vill Review 1: Home buying is one of the most important and stressful things any individual will accomplish in their life time. Seeing this, one needs a great realtor to get you through the process. Steve has been one of many realtors I have worked with in the past and I can say he was the best. Steve and I met at an open house in the area my wife and I were looking in since we wanted to move into the scottsdale area. Steve was kind and polite but you knew he was extremely smart and had a good head on his shoulders. Later that week Steve came to our house and showed us how he above all other realtors was going to market and sell our house better then anyone I have seen in the past. After meeting Steve that night we knew that we were in good hands. Steve had our house on the market quickly and started our search for our new home in short time. Long story short, Steve found us a fixer upper exactly in the area we were looking for and negotiated the best deal possible for it. Through the negotiation I was very quick to make decisions because my wife and I didn't want to loose the house but Steve told us exactly how we should play it and we ended up purchasing it for less then what I was expecting. At this point we had our new home and the stress was on to sell our house while we were re modeling our new one. During this time I would call Steve on a daily basis letting him know how stressed I was and how we needed to lower the price so we wouldn't have two mortgages. Steve kept assuring me that everything was going to be ok and through many showings and offers we sold our home for a great price. I thought for sure Steve wouldn't want to work with me again seeing how I bugged him constantly but we still talk to this day and I can't wait to work with him again. Their is no question that I would refer him to everyone looking to sell, buy, or do both like we did. Steve has to be the best real estate agent in Arizona and you would be crazy to work with someone else.
