Job completed. Property returned to Silverleaf. Action taken by VOC after I provided necessary documentation concerning timeshare property. VOC took action to inform Silverleaf of my desire to terminate association with Silverleaf. Subsequently, I was told by VOC not to have any future contact with Silverleaf and pay no maintenance fees. I graciously honored this request. After about six months VOC provided appropriate "QUIT CLAIM DEED" to be certified by us, notarized, and returned to VOC for processing and forwarding to appropriate county for execution and recording. Job well done; end of story!

They did an excellent job

It went extremely well. From start to finish, the staff was truly outstanding and professional. In fact, there were no problems whatsoever along the way, and it was never necessary for me to get involved or even to inquire about anything. They did a really good job, and I am so pleased that we no longer have a timeshare where it was nearly impossible to find an availability at most locations and the maintenance charges were totally outrageous

Slow, not complete yet but I believe that to the fault of the time share company not Vacation Ownership Consultants. Once the fee is paid you’ll never hear from them VOC again. No proof of their work ever being completed after a year. Maybe it worked, don’t know. Absolutely no communication. Which is worse the disease or the cure?

Vacation Ownership Consultants delivered on their promise. Wendy D with VOC was professional, listened to our complaints about Diamond Resorts and explained their process to us. We chose VOC due to their reviews and their rating with Better Business Bureau. After we paid our fee, she told us that their lawyers would go to work for us and it could take up to 12 months. They delivered on their promise in 7 months...Diamond Resorts terminated our contract with them!!! I highly recommend VOC if you need to get out of a timeshare!

VOC was professional from the first contact call to the final completion of ending the timeshare. A cease and desist was placed by VOC and the attorney; consequently we had no further contact with the timeshare. Everything was handled for us They handled the matter professionally, were available when needed and pleasant. Also will be available if needed after this transaction was completed.

I was very skeptical to say the least when I first called them, but after speaking with Wendy Draskovic over there, I felt a sense of things getting done and felt as though they actually cared about my problem. I was truly amazed at how fast Wendy and her VOC lawyers were able to get the paperwork started and processing on getting my name removed from both ownership and responsibility for paying almost $1,000/yr for a timeshare located on the other side of the country. I would have paid twice the low price that they were charging for their legal services, but it wasn't necessary. Timeshare cancellation Quick results excellent communication great customer service

As you know the timeshare industry can be incredibly shady and manipulative and that is what we found out after purchasing our Westgate Timeshare in August 2017. The maintenance fees went up immediately after we purchased and we found it incredibly difficult to trade in our week for another week that we could actually use. After falling for a resale scam, that never worked, we were reluctant to give anyone else any money in the hopes of getting out of our timeshare. My husband and I chose to work with VOC after doing a lot of research and several phone interviews. We signed an agreement with VOC at the end August of 2018 and were anticipating it to take a while for them to get us out of our timeshare, as they had informed us that it could take up to a year. You guys....it only took them 3 months to release us completely. We got notification today that our Mortgage Cancellation has been completed, closed and that we won. Working with VOC and especially Wendy, their customer relations specialist, has been a pleasure. She walked us through every step a long the way and not only emailed but personally called to keep us informed. We could not have been more pleased with how this all turned out. It was a pretty large investment, that we were nervous to pay upfront, but completely worth every penny. We would 100% recommend going through them to get out of your timeshare. It went very well. Very Professional and helpful through the entire process. Only took within 4 months to get the process completed. We were told it could take up to a year so very happy it did not drag on and had no problems. If you want to get out of your timeshare I would recommend this Company.

I owned a timeshare for nearly 20 years After years of reducing services and increasing annual fees I wanted out. Contacted a real estate attorney with no luck For years (10) I have looked only to find scams and schemes. Until this year, when I happened upon VOC. If you want out they get you out. Is there a fee? of course. But it's just a little more than your annual fees and they really do get you out. TRUST THEM. VOC is the real deal. It takes about 4 to 6 months.

Very satisfactory we won

We have tried in the past to sell our timeshare with no success. We met VOC at the Home Show set up a meeting that fit our schedule the next week. We were able to complete the process with little effort and VOC fulfilled there promise to get us out of our Timeshare in less than 6 months I would recommend VOC to anyone that is looking to get out of their Timeshare.

VOC delivers! The entire process was 116 days from initial conversation to receiving the filed transfer documents. Ray Reese and Wendy Draskovic were instrumental in terminating ownership in our "fee magnet" timeshare. I would recommend VOC to anyone needing a timeshare terminated.

VOC answered all questions & set appropriate expectations, all at a fair price. I’d use them again but hooray, I no longer have a timeshare!

It only took three months and we are free and clear of the time share. Neither did we have to pay fees while waiting for the process to be completed. Wendy, our main contact was superb, always professional and pleasant!
