 + -1 moreJed and his crew worked very hard to remove the existing overlay which, at times, was very difficult to do. Nevertheless they did a superb job getting all the existing overlay off of the concrete. Next, they prepared the surface and added the stain which turned out beautifully and added the sealer. Overall the job took a week and a half. I was very impressed with Jed's commitment to quality. Even though the work took longer than he estimated, he worked very hard to get all the overlay removed and was successful in doing so.
Description of Work: Jed and his crew removed the existing overlay from 1000 square feet of back porch and patio and replaced it with an acid stain and sealer.

 + -1 moreHe stained the entire drive with a water based stain and after 6 months it started to fade and the original color was bleeding through. He came out and looked at it and proceeded to offer a different stain with samples until we found one we liked. He is planning to redo the drive at no cost to us and never needs to be reminded about finishing this project. He is a very reliable and decent person. We are very happy we found him.
