It went great. Stress free from the moment I met with Romeo (LO) to discuss my financial capacity. He walked me through the entire process, knew his business, and put me at ease each step. Once we started the loan application, he sent me a link via email where I could track the status/update of my loan file at my convenience to let me know exactly where we were every step of the way.
