My husband took care of it, but when we went in, everything was fine. They were very helpful. The process of renting was very smooth. Their price was not as high as we thought it was going to be.

For a local move within the Metro Phoenix area: -- Super courteous, friendly, and helpful staff -- I was able to check inventory of items and purchase on line and in the store easily (NOTE: DO buy a ton of boxes, because you will most likely under-estimate how many you need and they DO buy them back hassle-free with receipt if you don't use them) -- They were extremely flexible about extending the van rental (as the move was not progressing as planned). -- Very pleasant experience, super staff, good product. Highly recommended!
