It went ok. I used them in May 2016 to move when I sold my home. I booked them again in May 2017 to move into my new home. I enjoyed the former experience much more than the latter. It was hot (of course, it's Arizona). I observed some inattention to detail. I recently discovered a caster wheel on the filing cabinet was broken during the move. It was taped in such a way that the cabinet didn't tip until I started to move it to a different location in the room. It was also more expensive than the first time I used them, and I was moving fewer miles than the first time. I've used Two Men and a Truck three times- once in another state, and twice in AZ. The first two times were beyond great. This most recent time made me a little leery of using them in the future. If needed, I will consider using a different Two Men and a Truck franchise.

They were very cordial when I dropped in to inquire about my move. They even gave me boxes. However, on the day of the move, that's when things went wrong. They don't have a pre-move evaluation - It's all verbal. When they walked in, it was a lot more than they had thought and didn't schedule enough time. The first things out of their mouths when they saw my stuff was that they said they had another job to do. Then the movers complained that the boxes weren't filled right. They took a long lunch too - well over an hour. They were in a rush to leave - they shoved the paperwork in my face and were practically walking out the door. The desk was broken, moldings were broken, one of the supports wasn't put on my bed, and other things were missed or broken as well. The movers were rude and inconsiderate. No one ever called to see how my experience went, either - and no apology. I'm very dissatisfied.
