 + -1 moreWe worked with Todd Gerber the co-owner. Todd was always punctual when we met and interested in our ideas. He was patient and answered questions thoroughly. In the showroom he and his designers helped to guide us through our design questions. They provided assistance as we needed, but the decisions were always ours. The project started on time and even though we changed the scope of the remodel midway, the project ended only one week later then anticipated, and on budget. The subcontractors on-site were professional and the quality of their work is impeccable.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of the kitchen and baths.

 + -1 moreI chose not to go with them. My design fee was not refunded. While their staff was polite and on time for appointments, it took them three weeks to come up with an initial design and presentation that an average individual could produce using consumer software in an afternoon. As a Scottsdale resident, I felt the bid was punitively priced, and targeted to attract an individual who is uneducated or ambivalent about the scope of the work.
Description of Work: The company came to me highly recommended. I agreed to a $500 design fee for a remodel of my kitchen and master bath. The quotes came back at $43,000 for the bath and 32,000 for the kitchen, just for the demo, prep, and installation work. This included a 67% profit mark-up on retail charges for labor and materials. No cabinets, appliances, or plumbing and lighting fixtures were included. There were minimal changes to the existing configuration. Subsequent bids for the same work have come in at 30-50% of their quote.
