Excellent. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. Based on my description of the problem, he immediately diagnosed the source of the problem and replaced a faulty system controller. Never would have found the problem on my own.

Very well. It was almost 5 years ago and no problems with system at all. Still remember how efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable they all were. Will hire them again for backyard remodel when we're ready.

Ken was very helpful in identifying the problem, which turned out to be a simple fix. I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism for both the people at Think Green that I had contact with.

Excellent, job done correctly first time.

Unfortunately, I never received my estimate so they lost a potential customer. That is too bad as I had planned to hire them. Customer service is extremely important to me and following through with what you say you are going to do is key.

The person who came to provide the service was very pleasant and extremely good. He replaced the one valve and I asked if he could replace the other. I could not have asked for a better person. While he was here he took a look at an issue I was having with my outside lights. We put together a plan to get them repaired as well.

Installing the two valves he did a better job then the original person, so there were less angles and this allowed the cover box to fit better and provide better protection. Then he tested all the valves ensure the timer was working properly.

I would recommend this company to everyone.

The company invoiced me and I was please with the price paid for the work.

The service technician was prompt, very professional, and very confident in what he was doing.  I was impressed.  Especially considering that I had already had a guy out who had botched the job.  Think Green cleaned fixed the mess that the other guy left quickly and made the repairs needed.  If you need irrigation repairs, these guys do it for a fair price and do a good job!  Thanks Think Green!

They did a great job and this was the second time that I used them. They got the job done over 2 months. The workers were all very polite and did a good job.

When we called, an appointment was made for Jon Riep to come review our project. He came on time (it was a few days after the initial call) and reviewed the project with us and took some measurements. In a few days we received a cost quote for the work, and then we signed an official agreement for the project. 
Jon contacted us right away about scheduling, and we were pleased that even in this very busy time of the year for landscapers and even though the Christmas holidays intervened they were able to start in a couple of weeks.
The team showed up promptly on the appointed day and got right to work. Everything was done in a week -- there was a day of rain that caused some delay. We were very impressed that even small details such as taking care of a damaged post in one of the low-voltage lights that wasn't being replaced were remembered and dealt with. We did not have to remind about anything except a minor thing with the irrigation system.
Overall, it was a very positive experience. Think Green people up and down the line were pleasant and professional. This is by far the best experience we've had with landscaping companies. We are wishing we had known about and called Think Green for the previous two projects...

Jon and Bill came out to see the property and understand our vision. Then Jon worked on the design to fit our budget. He came back to review the design and work out a phased approach so we could get the work done to meet our cash flow.The longest part was the wait for the HOA to approve the plans.
Once approved, Jon came out the first day to make everything was understood. Matt was the supervisor - the guys who worked on our property were great - at the end of each day our property was left as neat as possible. The paver work took the longest - the crew had to do careful cutting of the pavers to fit just right. The holes for the trees had to be jack-hammered - the ground was so hard. It took a week to complete - and it looks beautiful.
On top of all this great work, Think Green comes out to adjust the watering schedule while the grass and trees are getting established. On his last visit, Matt checked the irrigation system, and found a pebble had gotten into the valve. He replaced the valve - no charge, and took the time to explain everything to me. 
What I like best about this company is the way they treat their customers! Their price is fair, and although not "cheap", you get what you pay for. Our design is custom for our needs and we love it. We could have spent less to have our backyard put in - but we would not have gotten the creative design and the excellent customer service we received.
We are looking forward to working with Think Green again when we are ready for Phase 2 of our backyard to be installed.

Jon's solution to the problem of my dog digging up my backyard retaining wall drip system was unique and has worked well for the past 1-1/2 years.  (Two other landscape companies did not provide a solution other than to rebury the drip system under the existing 1/2" landscape rock.)   The crew was hard working and did a good job.  The only minor complaint I have is that the rip rap could have been better distributed in the small "v" areas of my retaining wall, but I was able to fill in those areas in a short period of time with the left over rip rap.  Drip system in the front yard was so well done that I actually thought they had missed a few plants!  The drip system was hid well within the plants so the sun wouldn't deteriorate the tubing.  I highly recommend Think Green.

Front year is really pretty now. Went from flat and plain to interesting and colorful.

Everyone I encountered with Think Green Irrigation & Landscaping were pleasant, worked hard, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. They called to keep me updated, and responded to my calls or texts in a timely manner. The job was completed within their estimated time frame, which was much faster than I expected.
I am very pleased with the finished product. One faucet leaked (only when in use), and that was fixed a few days after I reported it to them.
This type of work is always more expensive than we want it to be, but Think Green's estimate was lower than 2 others I received. The area they worked in was tight, but there were no scrapes or damage, and everything was left tidy and clean at the end of each day. I definitely recommend them.
