 + -1 moreThank you to Room Store in Scottsdale. We purchased a furniture set couch, love seat, chair, end tables & coffee table. The couch, love seat and chair were too big for our living room. The next day we returned to ask if we could switch out for a smaller set. Yes! They were great. They switched it out the following day. From the time we entered the store to the delivery of our purchase, the customer service was great. I also noticed that the sales employees, manager, and person behind the desk treat each other with respect and they have a good system for the sales personal; so that when you go into the store you are not attacked by a lot of sales people. I thought their pricing was good; from the lower values to high end. I will shop again at their store.
Description of Work: Provide us with a Furniture set.

 + -1 moreI am exhausted from trying to get them and the manufacturer to step up and admit mistakes. We have come to a deadlock where they won't be culpable, but at least I get my deposit back. He told me that it would take up to 10 days to get my check after which time we made a 'gentleman's' agreement that I would quit bad talking them to the world and leave a review as such on the internet.
Description of Work: Follow up to my previous report; after many hours of dealing as David against Goliath, got a call from the Manager at their Scottsdale retail store...he said if I would quit talking badly about the company, they would give me back my $612 deposit on a special order $2400 sofa.

 + -1 moreWe had to return several items and trade them for other pieces because The Roomstore would not refund the money. Finally, we went to another branch in order to get service concerning the items that were faulty. I wont go back to them.
Description of Work: We bought a table, a 4 piece sectional, 2 sofas, 2 chairs, 2 end tables and a coffee table there.

 + -1 moreAS MENTIONED, THE SALESMAN WAS EXCEPTIONAL IN HANDLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PRODUCT WE RECEIVED IN THE FINAL SHIPMENT WAS VERY WELL MADE AND HAS BEEN A NICE ADDITION TO OUR HOME. THE PRICE WAS A BONUS.
Description of Work: SALESMAN TOOK ORDER FOR SPECIAL ORDER FURNITURE. THIS INCLUDED TWO SIDE CHAIRS AND AN OTTOMAN. THEY DELIVERED THE PRODUCT, WHICH HAD THE WRONG FABRIC ON IT. THEY IMMEDIATELY PICKED UP THE WRONG PRODUCT, AND PROVIDED A NEW SET.
