They were punctual and communicated well. They called prior the visit. Technician used a Hepa filter and cleaned with brush the ducts upstairs and downstairs. I have a large house and only about 1/3 of the ducts were removed. The technican stuck a brush in a vacuumed the first 3-4 feet after removing the vents. Technician dropped a few hints of dangers of Dust Mites and asked how my kids health was. After starting downstairs he indicated we had dust mites in the ducts and we need a sanitizer to fix it. He showed me pictures and said he could spray for $200. I told him no thanks. He could not finish fast enough after hearing I wanted no additional services. While polite, but I would not use again. My complaints are: - Very small number of ducts in house were removed and vacuumed Only 2 downstairs and less than 4 upstairs. Overall time spent was 1 hour 30 min. It was obvious that the coupon was a gimmick and there for upsell purposes.

Receptionist was nice enough, contact was sufficient w/crew. When the crew/foreman got to our house he did nothing, but try to hard sell us on treatments for all the "mold" he found in our vents. We failed to see how the dust on our vents, resembled the pictures of mold, he had in his binder. We were pulled aside repeatedly, to hear about the warranty, and other specials they had going. When the salesman/foreman was done trying to sell us on warranties, etc., he went to talk to people in the crew (in a different language) and it seemed like they began to wrap up the cleaning, asap. The carpets that were "cleaned" smelled awful and it seemed like we had moved all our furniture, just to have them wet the carpet. Stains and some debris was, still there. There was also, dust on and around the outside of some vents.

I called from a coupon and was treated very well by the phone receptionist. I mentioned Angie's List and she said she would make sure the technician who came out would be aware of the potential for a review on the website. Yuval did the job with a team, on time, with professionalism, and showed my husband the mold present in the ducts. He offered a 50% discount on mold treatment because the person in the office told him to give us a good deal due to the review on Angie's List. So far, we have been satisfied that the job was done well and feel fortunate to have been so lucky with a coupon!
